I have ordered a few cakes from the Bakery and stop in almost every week for my favorite cupcake. I can honestly say I was very disappointed in the cake I ordered for Easter. After I got home took it out of the box it looked like something a child decorated and it didn't taste as fresh as the previous cakes I have ordered. I will be back for cupcakes but I won't be ordering anymore cakes they are to expensive to not be fresh and we'll designed.
My first trip today and I will say that I was very impressed. I will defiantly be going back.
Love this bakery! All my cakes are ordered from here, always moist and delicious!! The staff is great also!!
Good cupcakes, but limited variety of changing flavors in comparison to competing shops. My biggest issue is that I’ve yet to go in here since they opened and been serviced by someone polite. I always receive a snarky attitude from whoever is servicing me, like they don’t want to be there or helping customers. My last visit was worse than usual as they continued to give us negative looks and verbatim was rude too. You work with cupcakes all day, how miserable can you be?
I had my first experience with this Bakery over the holidays. I had heard mixed reviews, so decided to try for myself. I ordered a simple red velvet layer cake for a Christmas dinner, and just asked for a nicely decorated Christmas theme. The staff was pleasant, although not very attentive. Thank you...thank you for ruining our friends surprise 40th birthday. We ordered and paid 1.5 weeks ahead and paid extra to pay ahead ( which is crazy) and we were told our cake had not even been started. We didn't get a sorry, or an offer to replace it or anything!!! Funny thing is, a friend ordered a cake on Tues for a party tomorrow for the same friend different location and it was ready for pick up. Please tell me how that happened?
