Ive only actually been in the place once a few years ago so I don't know abput customer service standards. But I know people who frequently order from there and usually wind up with something. The brownie cheesecake and cherry lemon sundrop cupcake, cake, and cheesecake are my favorites! And the red velvet is the bomb. I love the icing on it! So taste wise they are on top of the game

Can’t say enough about this bakery and the people who own it. The cherry lemon sundrop cake has always been my favorite, but that changed today after tasting the new cherry lemon sundrop macaroons! They are amazing. It’s the star of the show. Great people who care about the bakery and the people who shop there. Always greeted with a smile and one of the employees, Emily, went over and above for me today. Always happy to give them my business.
Jenn's had the best cherry lemon sundrop cheesecake I ever tasted. I also like most if the cheesecakes. The frosting on the coconut cake is awesome
