Terrible service. My mom ordered a birthday cake. She was there Sunday to order it, even called on Monday to confirm it, and today we go there to pick it up and they never made it. They said they tried to call her and her phone was disconnected, which it never was. Not even a sincere apology or offered anything. Will never go back. If you want a good bakery, go to Cravings in Whitelaw. They have excellent service.

After almost 4 years of going/coming to Jenn's Java they still have a wonderful staff and great coffee. They're food is amazing. I couldn't be more happy to have a wonderful family ran coffee shop with great prices. Keep it up Jenn and Aaron. This coffee shop is the best, in my opinion. Thanks for the wonderful coffee.

There isnt a coffee shop In manitowoc that does it better than Jenns Java. Friendly staff. Call me by name. Great food and coffee and a great ace to meet up with friends. You guys rock!!
