We are tied to this law firm as they represent the bank handling a previous probate case that ties into our probate case. (It’s a messy situation with too many hands in the pot and too much going on from all angles.) With that said, we were advised by our own previous legal counsel that was working with this law firm that our side of the probate case was a “cookie cutter” case and should be closed pretty quickly once time restraints were met.
