David Carmack is the most unprofessional broker we have ever dealt with!!! They took half our security deposit and we disputed the charges. It took them 3 weeks to send the requested receipts. They were not justified at all!!! We were respectful tenants for 2 years in a home we made look better than when we first moved in. The charges were ludicrous!!! These people are unprofessional and rude. They don’t read or understand their own leases. They charge late fees that are not in the lease. They actually lost the signed copy of my lease! The maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks. Time to look for another place just so I do t have to deal with these incompetent people. Feel bad for the owners that trust their property is being managed.
Renter beware! This company deserves 0 stars. This company is the worst and only trying to get as much money from tenants as they can. I was charged $125 for cleaning even though I spent two weeks going over the cleaning check out list several times, and the place was spotless (I have photos and videos to prove it). I was also charged $125 for the place to be painted even after I bought paint myself to do some touch ups of the cheap paint that can’t be cleaned of marks and scuffs.
