They forgot to seal the drain for my tub, sending a ton of water into the walls of my house. I asked them to pay for the damage and they denied all responsibility despite having photo evidence. Very unprofessional and disappointed in how I was treated by Jennings.
We had called 16 plumbing companies during the Texas February ice storm. This was one of only two companies that called us back. ***** and ******* found the issue quickly. They were polite and didn't mind me watching them find the problem and asking them questions. I will use this company again when i have a plumbing issue.
Crew was professional and quick. Was able to come early and called to see if that was ok.
