Dishonest with fees and give incorrect advice. I contacted Mr Jennings regarding a quote for a commercial lease renewal for my wife. Mr Jennings quoted a fee of $1500 plus disbursements. I did some research and found that Mr Jennings provided completely incorrect advice, which I questioned via email, only to have Mr Jennings try to make up excuses.
