After a disastrous experience with shockingly poor customer service from a Canada wide florist, I called Jennings to see if they were able to provide same day service. Dealing with Waffa was like a breath of fresh air - kind, patient, friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. I ordered gorgeous flowers which were delivered within 3 hours and the recipient was overjoyed.
