Beyond overpriced, beyond rude and disrespectful. I live in the mountains where we have excess moisture and my car ended up having moisture leak in due to either bad weather stripping or due to the air ducts, and the technician didn't want to work on the car because of this and I was suggested to have a car that they deemed not street safe or drive able taken to have it detailed and professionally cleaned before they even bothered repairing things on the outside of the car that didn't even require the tech to be inside the c... read more
The service dept took my vehicle back on time, I had an appointment. They addressed only 2 of the defective parts affecting the alignment. They then performed the front end alignment. They finished the job in a very timely manner. When they finish the repair, an hour and a half early, they still charged me for the full amount of time on the estimate. Shame on them. They only replaced 2 control arm bushings, one on each side, which was basically a band-aide. I was charged $600 and months later them $600 bushings prematurely f... read more

It was so nice to go through the car buying process without feeling pressured into buying the vehicle. In the past, it was so frustrating and when I left the dealership, the attitude and pressure from the sales team ruined the excitement of buying a new vehicle.
