Compassionate, understanding and kindness!!! An outstanding experience overall!!! Very grateful that our family had an easy time with the transition of our loved one. Elegant atmosphere. I couldn’t have asked for better people to get me thru losing not only my dad several years ago and my mom in January. Mrs. Evelyn took such good care of me and all I needed. And buying the things I needed and wanted for my mother was so easy with their help. My family has used Jennings and Ayers for generations and now I know why. Everyone there is compassionate and helpful.

Jennings & Ayers takes a very difficult and emotional situation and provides the compassion needed in order to get through it. No one wants to ever have need of these services, but it's unavoidable. They know this, and the care and consideration the entire J&A team extends to get you through it is exemplary. Losing a loved one will never be a pleasant experience, but this place made me feel like they actually cared about me. They took excellent care of my mother’s remains. So friendly, patient, and kind. They are the true definition of Southern Hospitality!!!
