Thank you to all the staff at Jennings and Ayers!!! Planning a funeral/service for my husband was heartbreaking enough but the staff made it so smooth from beginning to end, even when I changed things after the initial sit down. We had an extremely large turnout and everyone had a space within the service rooms. Thank you again for all your help, love and support for the family, it was very much appreciated.
Jennings and Ayers provided excellent, professional care in a very difficult time. They were caring and compassionate. Their care eased the burden on a grieving family. Communication was excellent.
The service and care that my family received during planning of and the actual funeral for my brother in law Terry Eugene Alcorn was absolutely deplorable. For generations, this family has used Jennings and Ayers Funeral Home for our funeral needs. Well, that ends today. First, you overcharged for everything ( though we didn't realize that at first). Second, after Terry died and he was already embalmed , we had another meeting with your staff and were told that for a $12,000.00 funeral, we would have to pay almost $10,000.00... read more
They were very polite and helped me & my family so much during the time of my husband’s death. They were there to help through all the questions I needed answers too. I would recommend this funeral home to anyone when needed. I will never forget all the help they gave me during my time of need!
