I have been to JALH several times this year. Except for one nurse who really just didn't understand my situation, EVERYONE from ER Staff, Out-patient, surgical, on-floor staff, cath lab, and the Drs (Sullivan, Lacombe, Sabagghian, and Nguyen) went out of their way to help me and make sure I got the very best care. To those who post ugly comments, a lot depends on the patient's attitude and demeanor. If you're looking for perfection, you will always lose. Thank you JALH.
We had our baby there this week and we can’t begin to thank everyone in the OBGY department enough in how they took care of my fiancé and my new son Wyatt . These people where very professional and knowledgeable , there like family to us now thank you so much for taking excellent care of Wyatt and Danielle Falgout you will never be forgotten by our new family ��
Had a Test and they do not even do it. Made me go, never called me to tell me it was cancelled. That I would have to go either to Lake Charles or Lafayette. They could have told me or my Dr. that they did not do it instead of per admitting me. I am so upset I will never get test done there. this hospital is not with there program or they do not have one.
The staff here are so bad! Intolerant, arrogant, and lazy. Absolutely insensitive to th e concerns of the patient or their family. The staff claims to be snowed under but they have time to B.S. amongst themselves. Openly gossip about customers, very unprofessional! This has GOT to be the worst hospital staff in the state.This place is so bad they make the V.A. look first class!
