RecommendedYesterday we were able to bring our first-born home. Both, mom and baby, are doing great. We want to say a special thank you to Dr. Baker and Jennings Hospital for the outstanding care we received. They made us feel like family and we knew mom and baby were in great hands. Due to COVID-19, I was unable to attend any Dr visits with my wife. Due to hurricane Laura, we were forced to switch Doctors and find a new hospital to deliver less than 90 days from her due date. Shame on Jennings Hospital for even posting anything with the slightest appearance of impropriety at a time like this!!! That graphic picture on Facebook is inappropriate! We do NOT EVER want to discourage people from getting necessary testing and treatment by using sensationalism and SCARE TACTICS, which is clearly what this is. No matter how limited the resources!! Wonderful staff. Caring, calm, attentive, positive, very lovely people. Up to date on everything. They know what they are doing. very reassuring. They keep you informed. I just can't thank them enough.
