It is always a pleasure going to Jennifer's store. They have quick service and very reasonable prices for watch batteries. I've had several jewelry repairs done there, and they are always extremely helpful with any questions I have.

I'm going ahead to give them a 5-Star because of their exceptional customer service and professionalism. One of my favorite wristwatches got drenched while I played with my kids near the pool and I didn't know what to do because it was a gift from someone special. I gave Jennifer a call and explained the situation and she made some decent recommendations but still requested I brought it over to get it looked at. I’m not a jewelry guy, and I needed help. These are great people and so welcoming! I got all my questions answered, and I could tell they were putting my needs above making a sale. Highly recommend! Going back to get Grandma's wedding ring repaired and my wife’s ring appraised for insurance.

Unable to contact this company. Phone is always busy. Every email.that I send is not delivered. They offer refunds within 30 days. Trouble is poor service. If it is.a real company.

We had a great experience at the store today! Jennifer was so kind to us and very friendly. She has been in the business for 20+ years and was very knowledgeable. The store was clean, organized, and I could tell that she runs it very well!
