I am very early in my treatment with Dr. Zikria. I find her and her staff to be the most loving and caring and most professional medical team i have ever experienced. She makes no promises but does give lots of hope. She actually calls fo find out how i am feeling. Cancer does suck but her team makes it not suck as much.

In my opinion, Jennifer Zikria should never be able to treat another patient again in her life. Do not trust her with your life or your family’s. Seek other opinions and options. There is no lack of great doctors in the area— Jennifer Zikria is not one.

I went to Dr Zikria after colon cancer diagnosis. She was so comforting and patient. My treatment was throughly discussed with me. I am so thankful I found her!

My visit to Dr. Zikria was the first time I was at a hematologist. She and her friendly staff put me completely at ease. First I was impressed that she took the time to read the information I filled out on the forms and told the nurse. Usually docs just ask the same questions you already answered, but Dr. Zikria familiarized herself with my responses and discussed them with me. Wow! I WAS SEEN BY THIS ZIKRIA AT PRAXAIR CANCER CENTER, DANBURY, CT. SHE TOOK OVER WHEN MY DOCTOR RETIRED. SHE WANTED TO DO FINGER PRICKS FOR BLOODWORK, WHEN I CONFRONTED/CHALLENGED HER ABOUT THE FINGER PRICKS, I WAS TOLD THEY WERE DOING THAT ON CHEMO PATIENTS. THAT IS WHEN I LOST IT, IF SHE BOTHERED TO READ MY CHART SHE WOULD HAVE KNOWN I WAS NOT A CHEMO PATIENT, ONLY HAD CHEMO AS AN INPATIENT AT YALE NEW HAVEN HOSPITAL.
