Okay, first visit not great. Couldn't quite put my finger on it, just felt off. 2nd visit was better. He came up with a solution for my bald spot (alopecia) and it worked splendidly. By the 3rd visit I found him kind of funny. Now, I get a total kick out of him. This guy is smart and strikes me as someone with little patience for hysterics and clients with no common sense. I happen to like this approach and sent him a family member who also likes him.
Very receptive and extremely knowlegeble about my alopecia universalis issue and had various new treatments which I have not been offered by other dermatologist.
Dr Rinaldi is extremely knowledgable, polite, & never had an issue getting an appointment. I go yearly for a skin check but have had issues in between my annual & got an appointment quickly. My husband is a physician & extremely critical of care we receive. He has never had a complaint. I know some people may feel his exams are rushed, but that is because he knows what he is doing & does his job well! I have had basil cell & squamous cell removed & he was spot on with his diagnosis & my biopsy’s confirmed his diagnosis!
After waiting for over three weeks to get an appointment, the "Doctor" spent a total of two minutes with my wife and misdiagnosed her. Wrote for an expensive medication that did not work, made the condition even worse and we then used cortisone, over the counter, very in expensive and this cleared up the situation immediately. I would not recommend this "physician" to anyone.
Would never go back to him , in fact , I’m suspect of any practice that would have him. He’s pompous and humorless and has an insensitive personality. Couldn’t diagnose my rash but mentioned two serious diseases that it “could” be. Asked how do we rule out those? He said he didn’t know. “ It also could be nothing. “. Offered no help whatsoever but managed to scare me with very bad possibilities . Terrible experience
I lost my Grandmother to Melanoma and since I share my Grandmother's skin complexion, I went in for a once over feeling it was a good idea. Had no concerns. The visit felt rushed and he asked "So you're here because your Grandmother died of Melanoma and you're scared." I said that I wasn't scared, just though it was a good idea to get checked out with that now in my family history. To which he replied "Well you should." He then proceeded to tell me I should basically walk around in a HAZMAT suit, stay inside as much as possi... read more
Worst dermatologist I have seen. He was rude, insulting and worse, missed the skin issues I was there for him to review. I had to point them out to him! His nurse was appalled at the treatment I was receiving. I will never go back to that place and neither should anyone.
Dr. Carmen Rinaldi was disengaged during my visit. He indicated there was no hope regarding my facial rosacea. He gave me two sample tubes of a $400 prescription that might ease the condition "for a time", while cautioning the condition would return, and probably be even worse. The examination of my skin moles was perfunctory and not thorough. The entire visit took less than fifteen minutes, including his search for the sample tubes, and left me feeling helpless, hopeless and diminished.
I met Dr. Bruce today for the first time, and I liked him very much. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant, answered all my questions, & was direct & honest with me. I like that in a doctor.
