WOW! We were so lucky to find Jennifer Vaid! She found our house in a very congested real estate environment. Before finding it though, she visited several houses for us and gave us her honest feedback which was imperative since we were buying “sight unseen.” When we identified the one we were interested in she videoed the house once when it was occupied and again when it was empty so that we would be comfortable bidding on the house.
