I had a very pleasant experience at the Endoscopy Institute of Hawaii. The staff were attentive to my needs and they were efficient throughout the entire process, which resulted in a decrease in my anxiety.
Everyone was attentive, thorough, and caring before my procedure. They made sure I was warm and I did not experience any pain or discomfort. If and when needed, I would return to the Hawaii Endoscopy Center. I highly recommend Dr Tamai and Donita Valdez, APRN at Aloha Gastroenterology. After years of no progress with another doctor, they have helped me get to the diagnosis AND have provided solutions to improve my health.
