I cant say enough about how amazing Jenn is! for 3 years she stuck with me as we looked at over 100 houses, applied for 15 houses that we did not get and when we finally found THE house, she fought hard and walked me through a very difficult loan and closing process. Jenn and Megan were great. Very communicative and knowledgeable. They had a great program, compass concierge, that allowed me to borrow money to upgrade my kitchen in order to add further value to my property. The photos that were taken to list my unit were above and beyond other listings in the area. The property sold within a month and was the highest sale in the building. If anyone is looking for agents they can trust, highly recommend them both!
