The best quality and character traits that stood out to me was her ability to listen to my concerns, and pinpoint problem areas. My GS I seen was out of town for my gallbladder surgery and got me with Dr Reitz! Let me say not only is HE but Dr Reitz, her assistant Tiffany, and the whole team or staff of theirs is UNTOUCHABLE and was told to me at hospital when Dr Reitz was coming she was one of the best in the area!! Dr Reitz is excellent, caring, kind. She explains everything thoroughly. Unfortunately her staff is nonresponsive. They never answer the phones and have a message telling callers not to call them multie times. If they would answer the calls and assist patients nobody would need to call again.
She listened and cares. My experience was vastly different than previous Doctors.
Dr Reitz took care of a cyst for me that my Derm wouldn't touch. Looked at it, told me what she would do, and because it worked with my insurance did the minor surgery in the office the same day.
Saw Dr. Reitz in office; she ordered a CT to have a better look at bilateral hernias. Surgery was done a few weeks later. Everything went great. My recovery could not have gone better. Dr. Reitz is kind & compassionate and an excellent surgeon. She patiently answered my many questions. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and extremely competent surgeon!
Dr. Reitz is a caring doctor, excellent surgeon. Answered all my questions and had the patience to wait as I scanned my brain for more. She's the doctor I researched and glad I went with for my procedure. Her and her team did a fantastic job and I couldn't recommend Dr. Reitz and Advanced Surgical Associates enough. Hopefully, I don't have to come back, but in case I do, I would trust them with my care once again.
