Dr. Jennifer Pollack has changed my life because of the surgery she performed. Dr. Pollack was available to answer any questions I had and made me feel at ease and comfortable about the surgery. I was anxious about coming home after surgery with a catheter and Dr Pollack helped me have a positive attitude. I think Dr. Pollack is exceptional and dedicated. Shatril Harris, Juliana, Nancy, Alli, and all of the staff at Dr. Pollack’s very organized office were helpful and compassionate.I am grateful.

For the past several years I have had urinary incontinence. I thought it would get better but it got worse as time went on. I was recommended to make an appointment with Dr. Jennifer Pollak. It took a little time to get an appointment with her but it was worth the wait. She made me feel at ease and I did not feel rushed. Dr. Pollak gave me different options and I chose to do the sling procedure. I am extremely happy with the outcome. Also the office staff are all very friendly as well.
I am so grateful to have found the Florida Center For Urogynecology. They are an amazing group of specialists. I have seen both, Dr. Ritch, and Rivka, the pelvic floor therapist who have helped me immeasurably. They are sensitive to women's urogynecological needs and are extremely knowledgeable and kind and adept at putting their patients at ease.
Very few Doctors & Staff are up to her standards. She is so knowlegable & caring it is almost unbelievable. Thank you for being there for me!

Every time I trust this office staff to obtain authorization to cover a medical necessary treatment they forgot. I spoke to my insurance company and my insurance informed me authorization was not obtained. The doctor are wonderful bedside manner, however I have left crying because of the staff failure prior authorization never completed. The result in large medical bills. My insurance company filed a complaint about the staff again today. Anyone should call their insurance company first.
