Clean and very friendly environment. Staff was very polite. Dr. Phillips took her time to explain everything and answered your questions. She is awesome
Avoid Dr. Jennifer Phillips. Her surgical skill and dismissive post-operative care severely impacted my life, delaying real recovery for almost a year when I had her surgery corrected. Her actions throughout my time with her were dismissive of obvious medical evidence and my symptoms of pain. I saw Phillips for ankle pain. Initial X-rays showed nothing and her treatments — a boot, orthotics, an ankle brace, steroids — were expensive and worsened the pain. This was my 1st visit. Service from check in to leaving was very pleasant. All of the staff was helpful and did not make me feel like they were rushed. I would refer Dr. Phillips and the practice to
Dr Phillips office staff was courteous & efficient & she spent significant time with me in the clinic room. She outlined a very satisfactory future plan.
Great experience from staff to Doctor to receptionist all were very nice.
