Avoid Dr. Jennifer Phillips. Her surgical skill and dismissive post-operative care severely impacted my life, delaying real recovery for almost a year when I had her surgery corrected. Her actions throughout my time with her were dismissive of obvious medical evidence and my symptoms of pain. I saw Phillips for ankle pain. Initial X-rays showed nothing and her treatments — a boot, orthotics, an ankle brace, steroids — were expensive and worsened the pain.
