Very pleased with Dr. Petersen! My appointments have been unrushed and I feel very well taken care of. Rare these days! The Valley is lucky to have her.
Terrible experience with Dr Peterson. She falsely diagnosed me and insisted that I was lying. I went to get correctly diagnosed with other dermatologist and even then she refused to believe me. I wasted thousands of dollars on treatment that she recommended that made me lose even more hair.
I met doctor Peterson today in Phoenix it was the worst visit I've ever had she is unfriendly she is cold she treated me and looked at me like I was a lesser of a human being. I thought she was a snob unfriendly no bedside manner whatsoever I'm so glad I never let her touch me
I found Dr. Peterson very unfriendly and aloof. She spent a max of 5 minutes with me to do a biopsy and then had her assistant finish the procedure. For whatever reason, she never suggested or did a full body exam for other skin cancers. Isn't this something a dermatologist should do, especially when a patient presents with something that appears to the doctor to be skin cancer? I would not go back. She made a simple procedure look worse than before.
Dr. Peterson is the BEST! Because of her I have the clearest skin in my life and more confidence than I've ever had before. Clear skin has been so freeing, and I completely attribute that to Dr. Peterson listening to my concerns and what I've tried before and then making an individualized plan with me. Hands down this past year with her has been the best for my skin and my self confidence!

As always, I had a really good experience. The staff was very nice, there was almost no waiting. Dr. Peterson came right into the room, and before I knew it, I was treated and ready to go. In and out in just a few minutes. I've been coming in for follow ups every six months just as she suggested and plan to continue doing so. Five stars all the way!
