Do not use Jennifer Perez as your realtor! Poor communication skills, not knowledgable, will tell you anything you want to hear true or not, and did not follow through with what she said she would and did not have her client (seller) follow contract language, took things that were clearly stated in contract that were to stay etc. Micheal French with Keller Williams was not any better!!!!!
