Front office staff seem disinterested, inconvenienced by patients, and not willing to help . I've got a lot of medical trauma and chronic illness and I'm not willing to put myself in a position to be abused again. I recommend if any of you guys have chronic illnesses to ask for a different referral. Also they do put you on hold for a very long time, without saying why or apologizing for the long delay.
So i was suggested to see Dr. Pendleton from my retired Asthma doctor.. And She was amazing, her staff were so calming and Dr. Pendleton is soo knowledgeable and was very understanding about my medical history. Even though my appointment was kinda long she was very thorough and extremely helpful and positive about my future with her as my new doctor. I was referred by my primary to Dr Pendleton's office. Over two days I've called four times attempting to schedule an appointment. The last time I called they left me on hold for 25 minutes before answering and proceeding to vent about why they left me on hold so long. They were adamant they didn't have my referral, even though I had my primary send it twice. They offered to do some research then give me a call back. Really good first visit. Staff was attentive and fast. Doctor Pendleton is very professional and caring. Looking forward to her diagnosis.
