Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

I have been using Dr Patterson for about 6 years now. I have always found her and her team to be most professional. I would recommend them.

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. the staff is friendly and caring. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. They are prompt and take the time to really take care of any of your needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

The Doctor was better than fair but the staff was awful !!!! Four diffrent attempts to get the correct Contact Lens. Staff kept trying to Sell me Glasses. I do not are Glasses. Of cource they showed me the most Expensive plus every kind of coating know to man. I Thought I was at a car dealership. I would rather go to Walmart than get Burned here again. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
