I came from Lancaster to Sinking Springs for wanting professional, thorough care and a diagnosis of my chronic skin issue. Dr. Jennifer Mueller , and her team of colleagues, made me feel welcome, took my issue seriously and were kind throughout the entire process. Dr. Mueller was able to educate me and answer all of my concerns and inquiries at this one appointment. I felt empowered and heard after my recent dermatology visit. 4 of my family members go to this practice and everyone is absolutely fantastic to deal with during the entire encounter, we span ages teens through 70’s and all have varying issues that are treated in a state of the art professional way. From Reception through the physician experience you will be treated well and with a smile!
Great experience from the moment we entered the office until we left. To begin, the office is bright and welcoming. We were greeted by very friendly and professional front desk staff. New patient forms process was simple. Taken to exam room in a timely courteous manner. Met with both providers, PA and MD who were both pleasant, professional and confident. Procedures went very well. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.
Dr. Mueller could not have been nicer at my appointment yesterday. She explained everything thoroughly and I never felt like she was rushing out of the room which is common these days in other offices. Her office is lovely.
I have confidence in Dr. Mueller which is why I traveled a significant distance to follow her to Reading area. While I truly trusted the person who did my exam, I traveled to Reading because I thought my complete exam would be done with Dr. Mueller. I feel I should have been informed of who would do my exam so I could decide if the additional distance was worth seeing a new doctor.
