Nurses are friendly and polite. Dr. Zimmerman is always thorough with explaining details and diagnosis of our little patients.
My grandson turned blue at home. After being in the NICU for 2 weeks. My daughter immediately called the office. And they never returned her call. My grandson ended up in the hospital. Needless to say my daughter decided to get a new pediatrician. I used to love Dr Zimmerman, she cared for my nephews. But her staff has never been helpful. And in this case it could have been deadly if my daughter hadn't listened to her instincts. My kids and I love her! She is so straightforward.
My almost 10 year old has been seeing dr.Zimmerman since he was 2 days old. We absolutely love her, and every single human that works with her. The receptionist is the sweetest , I have never seen her in a bad mood ever.. always smiling, and personable.. the nurses are too.
