Dr. Jennifer Z is very knowledgeable in meeting our children medical needs. We are happy she is our kid's pediatrician.
Nurses are friendly and polite. Dr. Zimmerman is always thorough with explaining details and diagnosis of our little patients.
My grandson turned blue at home. After being in the NICU for 2 weeks. My daughter immediately called the office. And they never returned her call. My grandson ended up in the hospital. Needless to say my daughter decided to get a new pediatrician. I used to love Dr Zimmerman, she cared for my nephews. But her staff has never been helpful. And in this case it could have been deadly if my daughter hadn't listened to her instincts. And now they're refusing to give her my grandson's medical records so that she can seek the care ... read more
