Jennifer is the antithesis of all the other health care providers I’ve seen at Banner Health. Doesn’t listen, doesn’t seem to possess a shred of empathy or personality. Rude, condescending, and flat. Completely unsympathetic, lacks empathy and makes very little effort to diagnose potential issues. She examined me from across the room and made no efforts to order labs or take any other action that might get the root cause of the issues I was experiencing. In general has a bad attitude..
She is more of a doctor than most doctors I have ever met with. Kind, caring, and takes the time to really listen to you.
