Front desk receptionist was nice. I saw the audiologist first 10 min. Than the doctors assistant 15 min. Finally the doctor 12 min. Dr checked my nose and input some fluid in it and stuck a long camera. Macewan spoke was informative and professional. She had a reason for the concern I had but wished she could have gone into detail more about my main concern.

She is very gentle, kind and skillful doctor, who can understand your discomfort and always gave the best treatment you can get, I love doctor MacEwan.

I went to them because I was having some sinus pain and ear pain. She noticed ‘a little bit of fluid behind my eardrum, but said it was nothing to be concerned about’. Three days later, I ended up in the ER with a fever and found out I had sinus disease and an ear infection. With doctors like this that’s why our ER departments are congested. I did the right thing by going to her first, but we’re a clean bill of health and not feeling well. I ended up in the ER. I should make her pay for all of my ER visits. Very thorough! I use my voice for a living and having a top notch ENT look after my instrument is a HUGE priority. I feel like I'm in great hands with Dr. Macewan.

Dr.MacEwan was absolutely kind and put me at ease right away. She is the ENT doctor I will always go to! Rancho ENT brings back the quintessential simple doctors office experience and charm that is missing in the US healthcare system. Doctor and patient direct interaction is as good as it gets with this practice. Dr.MacEwan answered all my questions and gave me an awesome game plan for my treatment.
