Dr Ngueyn is excellent. She always listens to your concerns and is very thorough in her assessment and treatment plan. However, the NP at this office Maggie is very rude, dismissive and combative. She always talks to you in such a condescending manner as if she thinks you're the absolute stupidest person she's ever encountered. When you bring up any concerns, she scoffs and tells you that she will not do anything about it. I love it there. The staff and Dr very caring and professional. Still a patient there and will continue to be. I would definitely refer my family or friends to Well Med Lake Worth.
I absolutely love Dr. Nguyen! She takes her time with me and is very patient with me. She has helped me so much!
Was scheduled for labs this morning and had yo wait a over an hour to get them done. I know they have to give me a time to add me to the schedule it's been over and hour and I still haven't been seen. They open at 7:30 am, I've been waiting since 8:00 am. I have never had to wait this long in all the years I've been a patient here. Very disappointed i may have to change where I get my labs done. My doctor is great.
