I always have a pleasant visit at Southwest Medical Clinic in Niles. The staff are always pleasant and efficient. Dr Jennifer Young has been our doctor for many years. I really appreciate her knowledge and wisdom. One of the best doctors that I have ever had.
Staffing was very kind. However scheduling was an issue with the lack of communication in what i was coming in for. the doctor i was assigned as a new patient with Jennifer Young is not someone with a personable approach. I felt dismissed on the things I was trying to address and actually left dr office in tears for the lack of understanding. When notifying the front desk I would not be coming back to their facility, and I did not need follow up, they went above and beyond to address what had happened. I am waiting for sched... read more
