I rent a apartment from them right now and maintenance has been a issue. It's took a month plus to fix my HVAC issue and the house still isn't as cool as it should be. I myself am a refrigeration tech at a plant so I understand how a HVAC operates and it's just not up to snuff. Very nice people and quick to repair anything wrong with your rental property highly recommend giving them a call and seeing about rental properties if your looking to rent.
