This one star rating has nothing to do with the care I received from Jennifer Zachary NP. Her assistant was totally rude and unprofessional. She got angry at me because I wanted her to listen to what I had to say. She accused me of “ coming in with an attitude” and wasn’t going to deal with me and also called me rude. I am 79 and have been a patient at WS for over 50 years. I was in tears by the time she walked out. I’m a retired RN and I was appalled at her complete lack of professional behavior.
