I have had 2 appointments so far since Dr. Zachary became my primary. She is bright, efficient, and interested in promoting my health. The issues ive encountered with Beacon have all been around scheduling, records being incorrect or added to me by mistake. Appointments lost. Computer issues not allowing me to pay bills. Lack of callbacks or follow up. This has all been since March 2026. It appears the scheduling and records at Beacon have serious systemic issues.
