A truly awful person. A lazy, disinterested provider, who keeps patients waiting for weeks for a simple call back. Repeatedly kept me waiting for months at a time for orthotics to replace the first, poor fitting pair. Poorly fitting orthotics prescribed by her caused additional injury to my feet. Took every opportunity to lie and make excuses for unforgivable behavior. Horrible experience. Either unqualified or unmotivated. Either way, stay away from this provider.
Dr. Petronella is great! She very thoroughly explained my problem in detail, and recommended a solution that both fits with my active lifestyle and has helped me become pain free. If you're dealing with heel pain (or any foot problem) make an appointment with her!
