I’ve had the good fortune to see Dr. Lyons for more than 10 years. She is that rare combination of being a brilliant eye doctor and being kind, approachable and patient. As long as she is working, she is the only eye doctor I’ll go to!

I was having white flashes and spells were I lost my vision for minutes at a time. An optometrist was so worried about my retina he insisted I leave his office and go to dr Lyons that instant. After TWO YEARS ! of facial paralysis, losing my voice, ability to swallow, and spells of blindness Dr Lyons took one look in my eyes and diagnosed me with sarcoidosis on the spot. dr and assistants touch your eyes without washing their hands first. everyone knows thats a health hazard! at least put on gloves right before if you dont wanna wash your hands.

Dr Lyons is very patient and so kind. She answered all of my questions and made me feel cared for. She and her staff made me feel at ease. She explained everything thoroughly to me and again to my daughter when she joined us. Will definitely be referring all of my friends and family to her! I wish she could be my PCP!

She also doesn't seem to care about your questions. Sometimes won't even acknowledge them. What she did say was rushed and confusing. If you're gonna tell someone to get surgery make sure you have the time to carefully go over the details. Who goes under the knife of a doc who won't take time to explain.

I saw this doctor for eye flashes and black dots I was experiencing, and told her specifically that I also had double vision; wanted help for both conditions. Instead of doing her own diagnosis, she seemed to just mimic another doctor's so-called findings. She offered no help and was cold and borderline rude during my visit. She had the gall to tell me to schedule another visit. Why would I do that when she made such a farce of my first visit. Feel confident and relaxed at last To have my cataract surgery now that I found Dr. Lyons again after the shop moves. She is very easy to talk with about any questions or problems.

I would highly recommend Dr Lyons to anyone need cataract surgery. She is excellent at what she does. My results far exceeded my expectations. Her staff was helpful and knowledgable. It was a great experience.
