Dr. Kaleta's front office is rude, unprofessional (especially Nicole). I was told to come early, 7:30 am for an 8 am appointment. Had to wait nearly a half hour since staff was late. I've had to follow-up with nearly 10 calls for a copy of medical records and to try and get my prescription 3 weeks post surgery. Dr. Kaleta gave out her cell number, which was great but it doesn't make up for the lack of competence or attitude her employees have. Wouldn't recommend Weil Foot & Ankle. Avoid it.
