This is not a Developmental disability friend. facility. This office is very disconnected on how to treat ppl with any difficulty in cognitive understanding. Communication barrier immediately. Cold and Rude. Did not allow informative info to be said. Basically told to shut up. ADA claim is being filed. To bad Dr. didn't try to help the situation, or hear the other side, nor did the supervisor. There is training for this hopefully they take part in one.
