Office manager Leslie refused to schedule an appt for my son due to one missed appt. We’ve been customers there for 6 years! She was very rude saying I had to go through her in order to speak to his optometrist and did not want to relay any messages. Also tried to charge $20 for obtaining my sons records. I will be following up with Dr. Eberlin’s boss.
