Customer service is terrible and it really needs improving. I am leaving this practice and going with someone else, this happens each time I call and visit.
Every visit has been a pleasant one. She is knowledgeable and kind. As a first time mom I have a lot of questions and concerns, which she spends time addressing. Her bedside manner with children is exceptional as well. Dr. Colyer and her staff make exams and shots as easy and comfortable as possible for the child. I would recommend her to anyone.
