I've been in here twice in the past two years. Each time all staff and Docs very helpful and kind. First time glasses broke, need an arm. They had a plastic set of frames that they could fit the lenses into for $35. To say I was surprised would be an understatement. Next year time for new glasses/ lenses. Probably the most thorough exam I've had, and I'm in my 60s. Their staff continually explained what was what and I left with a prescription that is much better for my eyes than the last few annual visits at other providers.... read more
New doctor and some office staff. Took my son's glasses in to be repaired. They had to be sent out. I called after a week of no word and found out they would be in the next day. We will get them tomorrow. I think that is pretty quick considering they needed to be sent out
The most professional, efficient and effective Optometrist I have ever been to. The office and support team are the absolute very best. Dr. Branning's knowledge and expertise are top notch. Everyone I have referred to Dr. Branning's office has had the same experience. She listens, asks questions, is a problem solver and offers solutions. I only wish there were six stars available.
Beware, if you have dry eyes, or any complaint at all, she’ll turn your routine eye exam into a medical exam. As result I was charged a$70 co-pay. I’ve had dry eyes for years and years and never had a Dr charge me for anything but an eye exam.
