Bought a policy online. After reviewing my drivers license State Farm allowed me to purchase a policy online. Afterwords I was told that wasn’t really my rate so I tried canceling. State Farm made me come back to this agent to cancel. I canceled two days ago. I paid with a card and they are prolonging my refund from getting to me claiming they are “mailing me a check.” I still have to receive confirmation it was sent. This agency is a joke.
