Having read the past bad reviews. I happened nearby in a day and visited it. It turned out the people gave these reviews are honest people and it’s true the staff there definitely not welcoming and gave bad attitude. The owner in the past replied that they are lack of training or stressed out. It turns out these are all nonsense. So many years past by still not trained well? You change staff every month? I came here for my first exam and when I set up an appointment my insurance was accepted. But when I got there it was a whole different story, they kept adding test’s & charged me out of pocket for my exam, my glasses and lenses. They took almost a month to arrive and broke within a month. They most definitely want you to pay out of pocket. I have filed a claim through my insurance to get my money back! Bad business would not recommend and I am not happy at all with the glasses and services of this place.

Came in for some glasses and they only billed medical my eye exam but had me pay out of pocket for the lenses when they were supposed to bill that to medical as well. Beware of these scammers. It’s been over a month and haven’t received my refund for the lenses
