I had a great experience! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The Doctor was thorough, and explained everything well. I couldn’t have been happier.
We tried to schedule an appointment for annual check ups for my husband and I, we got the confirmation that both of us are scheduled (mine is at 10:40am and and his is at 11:00am on the same day). When I called the office this morning, I found out that they never bothered to schedule my husband like they said, who actually is the one that needs to be seen more than I do due his work schedule. My entire family were patients of Dr. Brubaker and I felt like she was a pretty good dentist. My oldest son was quoted a price after what the insurance would pay and the bill came out to be hundreds of dollars higher. Turns out, that particular quote was per tooth instead of the total bill so needless to say that was our last visit. It’s been 7 years now and I started having a problem with one tooth.
