I appreciate Jennifer getting me in on short notice. She had great communication skills and was thorough in what we needed to accomplish. My wife went with(not normal)me and had the same impressions. Appreciated her sense of humor. Made for not a pleasant visit, easier to understand.
My first Visit With Dr. Jennifer Jerrell was great. She took the time to listen to my concerns and medical history. I did not feel rushed, like I have felt with other providers. Very professional and quick response on Lab work. The office staff is welcoming and labs can be performed in office.
I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer last week for a same day appointment as I was struggling with a virus. She was so kind, thorough and reassuring!! I felt like I was in great hands with a person who genuinely cared about me!! So happy with my care here!
