Talked to Hupke team on a Tuesday. "We will get you multiple offers above listing and sell within 72 hours." My wife & I were initially skeptical. No more. The Hupke team delivered. Open house on following weekend followed by five offers. Accepted the one 15% above our asking price. A six star performance from our perspective...too bad we can only give them five. Jennifer & Trisha delivered for us.

I truly cannot say enough good thing about this team! Jennifer has sold 3 homes for me while I am living overseas. The service we got with this team was so good, I wish I had another house to sell. The communication is timely and amazing (this coming from a communication professor), problem solving skills and doing what it takes to get the home sold is second to none. I highly recommend them!
+ stars!! Awesome experience selling my house. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and a great problem solver; she had ready resources and always had an immediate answer for any questions/concerns. Was available when issues popped up on weekends – I should apologize to her family as I probably took her away from activities a few times :). She and team were wonderful!
