This is an updated review to express my gratitude to Dr. Yau and Jennie for their fantastic support as a past patient. I recently needed new clear retainers for minor teeth shifting and grinding. Dr. Yau clearly explained my options, and Jennie was incredibly proactive in coordinating everything and answering my questions. A truly supportive and patient-focused orthodontic practice is hard to find. I’m so grateful for their help and wish the practice all the best!
