Their equipment was really impressive; up-to-date, and well taken care of. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Whenever I have a follow-up question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I spend a little too much time waiting for the Dr after I got out of the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me.

I met the Doctor when she was getting ready for maturity leave. I went in the be treated for pain in ankle and foot. The grouchy nurse did all of the real work and the Dr. came in to administer a shot then left again. I was mis-fitted for expensive shoe inserts ($350) and came back after she returned from maturity leave. I told her that the devices cause more pain than they fixed and she said I should have come in sooner. She charged me for the office visit and another $85 to have the orthotics adjusted.
