Just completed a transaction with this Realtor and wasn't completely satisfied. UPDATE: I paid this lady $8500 last Tuesday and she doesn't seem to remember who I am. My agent tried to avert this circumstance and at the end of that experience I think she felt frustrated that earlier communications were less than direct or that you failed to follow through. I have worked with Jennifer Grove 2 times this year. First to sell my mother's house and then to purchase a condo. Both real estate transactions ended up having some unexpected, and very stressful challenges. On both occasions, Jennifer proved to be a strong ally in resolving the issues.
