Highly disappointed in my visit. Her attitude and sarcasm was very unprofessional. She lacked empathy and acknowledgement of my time as well. I do not feel that she was interested in addressing my concerns for my son. Upon leaving, the Dr. I was initially working with apologized and provided the empathy and acknowledgement of my time. I decided it was best to reschedule for labs being that his appointment was at 9:15 and it was after 11 and we were still there. Her response was ‘well, we aren’t speedy around here’.
