I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience my family had during a recent appointment with Dr. Felske. Due to a genuine navigational error, we initially arrived at the wrong facility on 75th Street. Upon realizing the mistake, we immediately traveled to the correct location and arrived within 11 minutes — one minute past the stated 10-minute grace window. I wanted to share my opinion after my last visit to Dr. Felske . I had another visit after the surgery, which was performed by Dr. Felske, he is a person with great competences, an excellent doctor and I have no reservations about this, but I do have some reservations about the visits themselves. My last visit was scheduled for 11am, in the morning before 9am the phone rang and I was asked if I could come at 3pm because Dr. she had a meeting in the morning. THE BEST OF THE BEST. DR Felsky and her team are compassionate, knowledgeable, and very professional. Dr Felske took time to thoroughly evaluate my problem and come up with solutions that really help . Her team works very well together. You don't feel rushed and they treat you like family. Very clean facilities and they know how to respect your time and your privacy.
